So ... another mix for my Significant Other. We were watching some old episodes of Miami Vice and loving the music they selected for the show. So Sue came up with a list of similar classic soul and disco-infuenced tunes from the 1980s and I put them together into a continuous mix. Time for another venture into the galaxy of trance ... not so much banging techno, more a sort of ethereal, floaty experience. The melody of Dario G's "Dream to Me" is so lush and, well, heavenly that it just carries you away in a nebulous fog. Throw in a few tunes by trance favourites Lange, Salt Tank and Gouryella - with a special guest spot from Oakenfold - and you have the makings of another soundtrack for space cadets. By the time you get back, the Apes will be in charge
